Corporate & Events
Event florals and installations for corporate and private events across New York City, delivered and installed on schedule.

Consultation, design, installation
From a bouquet and six boutonnieres at City Hall to a four-hundred-guest ballroom in Manhattan — designed here in Woodside, installed by the people who made it.
We take a limited number of weddings each year — roughly thirty — because a wedding is not an order, it is a project with one immovable date. Taking a fortieth would mean doing all thirty-nine slightly worse.
The process starts with an hour in the shop, free and with no obligation. Bring photographs of what you like, the venue name, your dress if you have it and a realistic number. We will tell you at that meeting whether your budget and your Pinterest board are the same wedding. That conversation is more useful than any proposal document.
Bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower crowns and petals. Built the day before and held in our cooler overnight.
Arches, chuppahs, aisle meadows, altar arrangements and pew ends — designed for the room, and struck by us afterwards so nobody's uncle is carrying an arch at midnight.
Centerpieces from low and lush to elevated, plus head table, escort card, bar and cake flowers.
We deliver, install, wait if the venue needs us to, and come back for the hardware. Included in every proposal over $2,500.

How it works
Five steps, and you only have to think about three of them.
An hour here, free. Photographs, venue, colors, guest count and a number. We will be straight with you about what that number buys.
A written, itemized proposal within a week — every element priced separately so you can add and cut without renegotiating the whole thing.
A signed agreement and a 30% retainer holds your date. We take one wedding per date, so the date is genuinely yours.
Three to four weeks out, we confirm counts, timings, venue contacts and the loading dock. Numbers can move until this point.
We install, we photograph it for you, we strike afterwards. You do not think about flowers once on your wedding day.
Questions
Nine to twelve months for a Saturday between May and October. That said, we hold a little capacity for short-notice weddings and have built a beautiful one in eleven days — call and ask rather than assuming it is too late.
Most full weddings we take land between $6,000 and $14,000. A useful planning rule is eight to twelve per cent of the total wedding budget. Below about $2,500 we would honestly steer you to personal flowers only, done beautifully, rather than a thin version of everything.
Yes. We install across all five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester, and into New Jersey for larger weddings. Travel beyond thirty miles is a line item in the proposal, never a surprise.
Often, and we build for it deliberately when the room turnaround allows. It is one of the more effective ways to make a budget go further — we will flag it in the proposal if your timeline permits.
We substitute within color, form and quality, and we tell you. Nature does not sign contracts. In thirty years the only genuine failures have been Ecuadorian shipping strikes, and we had a plan both times.

Order by 1:00 pm for today
Call the shop and speak to a designer, or send us the details and we will call you back within the hour. We will tell you what is genuinely beautiful today rather than what a photograph promised in March.
