How quickly can you deliver to a funeral home?
Same day in almost every case within Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Call us rather than ordering online if the service is today — we will tell you honestly on the phone whether we can make it, and we do not accept an order we cannot deliver on time.
What should I send if I am not family?
A standing spray or a wreath goes to the funeral home; an arrangement or a plant goes to the house. If you are unsure of the relationship, a sympathy bouquet to the home a few days after the service is never wrong and is often the most appreciated.
Do you deliver to funeral homes outside Queens?
Yes — all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and northern New Jersey. Cost and timing depend on the distance and we will quote it on the phone.
Can you match a specific religious or cultural tradition?
Yes. Tell us the family's background and we will design accordingly, including forms and colors appropriate to Catholic, Orthodox, Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim and Jewish observances. When we are not certain, we ask rather than assume.
