Event work is a logistics business wearing a floral apron. The design matters, but what actually determines whether an event goes well is whether the truck can get to the dock at 6 am, whether the building will let us in, and whether the room can be turned in the ninety minutes the venue has given you.
We have been doing this in New York City since 1994, which means we have already had the argument with the loading dock. We hold a certificate of insurance on file, we can produce one addressed to your venue within a day, and we arrive when we said we would.
Installations
Suspended clouds, entrance moments, step-and-repeat framing, bar backs and structural pieces built on frame in our workroom and assembled on site.
Tablescapes
Centerpieces from low and conversational to elevated and dramatic, priced per table so scaling up or down is arithmetic, not a redesign.
Recurring events
Monthly board dinners, quarterly client evenings, seasonal openings. We keep your specification on file and you order by email in a sentence.
On-site staff
For events over $5,000 we stay through setup and return for strike, so nothing lands on your event team at midnight.

Corporate & Events — the things people ask
Do you carry insurance for venue work?
Yes — general liability, with certificates issued to your venue on request, usually within one business day. Most Manhattan venues will not admit a vendor without one, so ask us early.
How much notice do you need for an event?
Two weeks is comfortable, four is better, and we have done credible work in seventy-two hours. What genuinely cannot be rushed is a specific flower flown in from Holland; what can be is design and labor.
Can you work with our event planner?
Gladly, and we prefer it on anything over about a hundred guests. Give the planner our number and we will handle the load-in schedule, the COI and the strike window between us.
Do you do quinceañeras, baptisms and graduations?
Constantly — this is Queens. Church flowers, hall centerpieces, a corsage for every grandmother and the balloon arch for the photographs. We are comfortable across the whole day.
